Why we lust for it: There's a growing body of evidence that suggests that bisphenol-A (BPA), phthalates and PVCs aren't good for us. In fact, BPA may cause developmental and neurological problems if it leaches. BornFree's line of baby products — including cups, bottles, nipples and teethers — are 100 percent free of those chemicals, and are instead made of polyamide PA, a form of nylon. The company also offers an eco-friendly recyclable bottle; when you no longer need the bottle, return it and it will be recycled into other products lines.
